• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service delivery or payment (whichever is earlier).
   

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for a refund:

• Any service that has already been delivered or partially completed.
   
• Customized strategies or content already created for the client.
   
• Paid advertising budgets (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) once allocated and spent.
   
• Subscription-based services after the billing cycle has begun.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
   
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days, back to your original payment method.

We always aim to resolve issues amicably. If you're dissatisfied, we encourage you to first contact our support team. In case of unresolved matters, we may involve a third-party mediator.
